wegotcha launched
So we live in a world where wegotcha is available world wide via the app stores.

These links are the ones that matter the most and for some reason - they are harder to get to. It's not obvious that they should be downloaded first. I have to manually send these links to my prospective clients who will be providing services on the app. Something must be done to make this easier.
I just need to learn how to get people to sign up. There are so many way to skin this cat. I wish I had figured out what the story is. I do not know if I will be able to tell a good story. Apparently it's the most important thing.
I've also thought of getting a sales person onboard. But maybe sheer hard work will trump everything and just work out the way that I'm hoping. I'm trying to be careful about not thinking too far into the future. I see a platform. Where we have everyone in Africa using our apps.
I see the new trade agreement that's been signed and I want to make Africa work together. We are so far behind where I thought we would be now that I'm an adult.
I'm hoping to keep this up - and slowly over time develop a system where I'm cataloging the important bits.
Wegotcha has 34 verified service pros.
I'd thought we had managed to add a phone number and email address to the site but it's not there. But it's all thanks to Peter from SME SA who pointed that out. I've had the site up for a long time and no one has until this a few days ago pointed that out. How do people get a hold of us if there is no contact on the webpage?
I clearly need to hang out critical thinkers. And only 1 friend was able to walk me through their user journey for signing up and we were able to pick out all the things that needed to be remedied. So that's going to be done little by little. Making incremental changes as we go is what's going to keep us present.
We are waiting for a training manual for the call center we created. I do hope that it'll be as good a move as I think it will be. I wonder how many calls we can make a day. I wonder what the script will look like. How long will it take to talk to everyone in South Africa?
When am I going to have a marketing plan? Will we have enough money to run a sustained marketing campaign? Time will tell.
I'm really glad that we have 34 people onboard. Thank you all. I'll get to writing to you as soon as I have my digital marketing team in place. I'm trying to persuade a friend to come to the party. I need help and I'd like to grow with him. I've been waiting weeks now. I need to figure something out asap.
