It's all good

I feel good about most things going on in my life. I don't feel burdened with guilt for not posting in the blog as often as I desire. It's all good. 

Working backwards... I'm feeling good about the design work for my boy and he should be happy with the results. We should be done by tomorrow. His BBQ spot should reek of awesomeness by the time we r done.

I have aspirations to combo with a seasoned fella. I need to find someone who compliments me. Who balances me out design wise and can merge their talents with mine.

So far it's not been easy. Clients are waiting far too long. I needed to simply get back on the horse and do it myself. Too much stress letting others do my work for me. I still require a partner though. Patience will reward me with someone - I hope.

Which brings me on to BnB dude. Sorry mate - almost ready to sort your woes out... I have let things get out of hand a bit by delegating to people who don't deliver. I'm gonna have it for ya ASAP. Employing the diy approach. Coz if you want something done properly. You DIY.

3 websites still to do. Fuck it all to hell!! When am I gonna find the time to finish that udemy course? It's time I become a master!!

The clock is ticking.

I am laughing since there is no flesh to any of these bones of a story. It barely makes sense. I wonder if it will be cogent enough for me to flesh out some memoirs later... when it's time to do that kinda thing.

As everyone else on my list of things to do has been given what they wanted and all has either been designed - quoted or invoiced. It's time to mention the happenings on the hms front.

I'm getting a weird energy from my boy. I'm gonna stick it out. See what pans out. If nothing else it will be educational.

Plot wise - lots to do. Design staff quarters - cost - purchase materials - build. Renovate property on newly acquired plot 11. Finish wall. Design, cost & build rabbittry. 

Thinking I should get back into rendering for others again. reignite the magic of design. Draw everyday. Architecture - sans 104 is such a schlep. Fenestration calcs etc. Should simply design and let everyone else handle the rest. As soon as I'm done sorting out the plot - it's game on.
